Your Factor
Factor 40-70
40-70 | Focus Sometimes Present
Your ability to focus is currently slightly above average, but you tend to fluctuate. Sometimes your focus is strong, and other times it isn’t, depending on the situation. This can negatively affect your decision-making ability and willingness to take action.
This fluctuation may also prevent you from consistently programming new beliefs, as focus is essential for this. In addition, it can still be difficult for you to reach and maintain your I-frequency quickly and consciously. It’s therefore very important for you to increase your focus factor.
This may not be the dream result from your point of view, but it has the advantage that you have now classified your focus factor and can increase it further. Read the Fearless Code again and go through the focus tutorial to further increase your factor. Then repeat the test in a few weeks.
What does your factor say?
Look at your factor on the focus scale below to get a feel for your ability to focus. By visualizing your factor, you get a better sense of where you are and where you want to go.
Read through the description of your factor and pay attention to whether you recognize yourself in it or whether you can feel what your factor says. The description should basically reflect how you see yourself when you look at yourself honestly and objectively. There may be slight deviations in places if you find yourself between two levels.
If you can't feel what your factor says, you may not have been completely honest with yourself about one or two of the questions. In this case, you should repeat the test.
If the description applies to you, then read through the description of the next higher level. This description is what you are striving for or what you want to feel, the factor you want to achieve.
Implement the qualities that are one level up in your thinking and beliefs now! Use the Focus Tutorial and the Fearless Code to reach the next level.
If you feel that your ability to focus has improved, repeat the test to check your progress.
Keep working on yourself until you have reached the highest factor!
