Your Result
You’re feeding your fear with a lot of energy.
Your system is in reactive survival mode
Your result shows that your system is often in survival mode (protective mode). This can manifest as a sense of control, overthinking, body scanning, withdrawal, waiting, avoidance, worst-case scenarios, pressure, powerlessness, etc.
The most important thing to remember, though, is that this doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong with you.
It simply means that your subconscious mind has mistakenly labeled a great deal of information as essential for survival.
How does your subconscious mind label something as (survival) essential?
Because of your focus.
Because of your reaction.
Through your actions.
Through repetition.
If you constantly check to see if the fear is still there, your subconscious mind interprets fear as essential (for survival). Otherwise, you wouldn’t be checking.
If you avoid something because of fear, your subconscious mind interprets that avoidance as essential (for survival). Otherwise, you wouldn’t be avoiding.
If you’re always looking for new methods, it confirms this: “I’m not free yet. There’s still something missing.” Otherwise, you wouldn’t be looking for solutions.
If you’re looking for a solution, you have a problem; otherwise, you wouldn’t be looking for a solution.
That is the state of lack. And the state of lack stems from fear.
You want to be free, but your focus is on a lack of freedom.
You want security, but you’re trying to control uncertainty.
You want peace, but you observe turmoil.
You want to take action, but you’re waiting for fear to give you permission.
The Fearless Code takes a radically different approach here.
It doesn’t ask, “How do I calm my fear?”
But rather: “How did I bring on this fear?”
It doesn’t ask, “How can I feel better quickly?”
Instead: “What thoughts caused this feeling?”
It doesn’t ask, “Which technique resolves the symptom?”
Rather: “Which thoughts support which program?”
That’s the difference.
Don’t try to calm symptoms.
Identify the cause.
Change the code.
Transformation Instead of Survival
Fear is like a fire. As long as you keep pouring fuel on it, it will continue to blaze. The problem, therefore, isn’t the fire itself, but the supply of gasoline – that is, energy in the form of your thoughts and actions.
You hold beliefs that express lack, separation, wanting, or absence. You have limiting thoughts, and your actions and reactions (even indirectly) confirm the presence of fear. You fight fear and, in doing so, trigger the fear paradox.
You’re trying to resolve fear with the very same thoughts that created it. You’re addressing the effect, not the cause. As a result, you’re focusing on what you don’t want – not on what you actually want.
In other words: You’re working with the wrong code.
That’s why the Fearless Code doesn’t start with tackling your symptoms.
It begins with the internal logic that gives rise to them.
It shows you:
Why your subconscious mind considers fear to be important.
Why your focus fuels the situation.
Why avoidance confirms the program.
Why survival mode (fight or flight) can’t lead to transformation.
Why two versions of you can’t exist at the same time.
And why you can’t wait until the fear is gone before you can be (the real) you again. Because if you can only act once the fear is gone, fear becomes the gatekeeper.
Keep the following in mind: what has been created through focus, repetition, and action can be changed through new insights, a new focus, and new actions.
Not through fighting.
Not by force.
Not through more control.
But rather by using the right code.
That’s the key to sustainable change.
