Your Factor
Factor 70-90
70-90 | Focus Mostly Present
You now have an above-average ability to focus, i.e. you approach tasks, plans, commitments, etc. in a disciplined and organized way. As a high focus factor almost always goes hand in hand with a relatively high self-confidence factor, you will certainly want to improve – because you know that you can do it.
Despite your high factor, you may not always be able to reliably reach and maintain your I-frequency, as you may still be irritated by external circumstances. Therefore, a further increase in your factor is beneficial for you.
It’s now a matter of detailed work, because it’s your deeply hidden beliefs that cause you to lose your focus from time to time or that may prevent you from focusing on what you want in certain areas. Complete the focus tutorial and review your beliefs to identify those that still express uncertainty or doubt in certain areas or on certain topics.
What does your factor say?
Look at your factor on the focus scale below to get a feel for your ability to focus. By visualizing your factor, you get a better sense of where you are and where you want to go.
Read through the description of your factor and pay attention to whether you recognize yourself in it or whether you can feel what your factor says. The description should basically reflect how you see yourself when you look at yourself honestly and objectively. There may be slight deviations in places if you find yourself between two levels.
If you can't feel what your factor says, you may not have been completely honest with yourself about one or two of the questions. In this case, you should repeat the test.
If the description applies to you, then read through the description of the next higher level. This description is what you are striving for or what you want to feel, the factor you want to achieve.
Implement the qualities that are one level up in your thinking and beliefs now! Use the Focus Tutorial and the Fearless Code to reach the next level.
If you feel that your ability to focus has improved, repeat the test to check your progress.
Keep working on yourself until you have reached the highest factor!
